Returns & Exchanges

At N.Peal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury cashmere purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original N.Peal packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the completed returns form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully processed by our team.
